Managing Director

Melanie Antao Fernandes is a communications strategist with more than three decades of experience across the Middle East and the United Kingdom.

She has held senior roles in public relations and communications for over 30 years, advising organisations across sectors including technology, manufacturing, aviation and aerospace, healthcare, education, corporate and finance, and travel and tourism. Her work is characterised by a deep understanding of complex industries where credibility, precision and stakeholder alignment are essential.

Alongside her commercial work, Melanie has made extensive contributions to church communications. Her pro bono support led to her appointment as Head of Media Relations for Bishop Paul Hinder in the Vicariate of Southern Arabia, where she played a central role in the historic first papal visit to the Arabian Peninsula by Pope Francis to Abu Dhabi in 2019.

Her experience across corporate and institutional environments informs a measured, strategic approach to communications, grounded in clarity, integrity and real-world impact.

Will Rankin

Editorial Director

Will Rankin has enjoyed a journalistic, PR and copywriting career spanning three decades, and almost every continent. He has deep technical, financial, and business writing experience, including work with the Daily Mail Group, Reach (Daily Mirror), The Times, and The Wall Street Journal Europe.

He conceived and launched Banker Middle East magazine in the UAE and has ghostwritten several successful business books.

A qualified and highly experienced writer, Will has interviewed dozens of senior corporate and public sector heavyweights, and prides himself on turning complex issues into compelling content. In a wide and varied PR career, he has worked with everyone from governments and NGOs to major multinationals and one-person start-ups.

He has worked with organisations including Made Smarter, Siemens, Innovate UK, Lancaster University, University of Salford and Shipster, delivering communications programmes across manufacturing, technology, innovation, education, and business support sectors.

Sheldon Rodrigues is a digital marketing and e-commerce professional with 10 years of international experience across the UK and the Middle East.

He specialises in SEO, paid advertising and e-commerce optimisation, supporting businesses to scale online performance through data-driven strategies and structured campaign execution.

His experience spans the full customer journey, from acquisition through to conversion, ensuring activity is aligned to commercial objectives and measurable outcomes.

Alongside his marketing expertise, Sheldon brings capability in photography and videography, supporting the development of high-quality visual content where required.

Ross Collier is a senior visual designer with a career spanning over two decades, working across print, digital, and motion for clients ranging from global brands to independent startups. His experience cuts across sectors including healthcare, retail, pharmaceuticals, and aesthetics, with projects delivered for Harley Street clinics, international laser manufacturers, retailers such as Whittards of Chelsea, and global pharmaceutical companies.

He has led creative direction across hundreds of projects, shaping brand identities and e-commerce experiences while moving seamlessly between disciplines—blending traditional art, design, animation, and illustration.

Having worked closely with developers, marketers, and stakeholders throughout his career, he understands the bigger picture—how design fits into growth, user experience, and commercial success.
